LCOP is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for 132 hours of Level 2 coach education. This is a non-credit certificate program. It is intended for practitioners who want to develop coaching knowledge and skills, as well as practice coaching in realistic leadership scenarios as they occur in organizations. The program emphasizes the learning of critical coaching skills and the application to organizational challenges that leaders face today. Participants who complete the program requirements earn a Certificate of Completion which meets the academic requirements for the ICF's Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentials.
We passionately believe in high and consistent coaching standards across the world and thus support the ICF efforts to standardize and capture what constitutes coaching excellence. We use ICF Core Competencies to guide the student’s ability to master the skills, approaches, and models that make up the course. Those who complete a Level 2 program have all the educational requirements to obtain their ACC or PCC.
